Registration Policy

The deadline to cover the corresponding registration fee is May 26, 2023. No Exceptions.


By not having the payment of assistance to FORO ERIAC 2023, on the deadline date, your registration will be canceled and you will not be able to access the event.


If you register between May 26th and the 30th, your payment must be done within 24 hours, in order to obtain your access.

Cancellation Policy

If you have covered the corresponding fee, the cancellation clauses are the following:
  • The cancellation process will be carried out ONLY by sending your request via e-mail ( [email protected]), attaching your registration information, date and proof of payment. In case of modifications in the registration (change of the person registered to the event) you can ONLY do it up to 72 hours before the event.
  • As of May 29th, if a change of registration is required, the modification will not be possible by ERIAC; however, attendees can use the access of the previously registered person. (Name badge, accesses and proof would remain in the name of the person registered first)
Prior notice of cancellation to the date of the event. Penalty percentage
31-45 days 25% penalty of the cost of the pass.
16-30 days 50% penalty of the cost of the pass.
15 days or less 100% penalty of the cost of the pass.
  • If for any reason you must cancel your attendance, the amount paid will be valid as an advanced payment for the next Foro ERIAC 2024, according to the penalty percentage.
  • If your cancellation is 46 days or more before the event, the amount paid will be valid as an advanced payment for the next Foro ERIAC 2024.
  • In none of the cases will the amount paid be refunded, it will be valid as an advanced payment for the next Foro ERIAC 2024.
